ABOUT US

Our Owner and Our Team

Sean Kennedy is a graduate of Tufts University, where he received a degree in economics before becoming involved full time in construction. After seeing an opportunity to fill a void in an industry that is largely lacking when it comes to customer service, he started Kennedy Design Build. With that sentiment in mind, he is personally involved in every project from design to completion. He is always available to discuss the details of your project.
Founded in 2006 we are a team of Project Managers, Project Supervisors, carpenters and reliable subcontractors who will help you take your project from conception to completion. Our projects range from bathroom and kitchen remodels to custom home building and remodeling. The majority of our work comes to us from referrals by previous clients as well as professionals in the real estate, architectural and design industry. We have completed well over 200 projects in the Boston area over the past 13 years.
